Plot 500 m², Žabljak – Borje 2

Three plots of 500 m² each are for sale in Žabljak (total 1500 m²). It is possible to purchase all plots together or individually. The plots are located in a good location in the cadastral municipality Borje 2, with an asphalt road directly in front. Water supply is approximately 10 m away, while electricity and sewage connections are nearby and available on neighboring plots. A small residential/tourist settlement with about 18 smaller buildings is currently under construction in the surrounding area. The plots are located 3.7 km from the center of Žabljak, on the left side of the main road Žabljak–Mojkovac–Tara Bridge, with direct access from the main road via a local asphalt road about 300 m long. According to the DUP, Borje 2 belongs to the second construction zone and construction is planned in a mountain style, such as cabins, bungalows and similar tourist facilities. Ownership is 1/1, all documentation is in order and free of encumbrances, allowing immediate transfer to the buyer. Construction is currently carried out with a temporary permit, which is later converted into a permanent one. The final adoption of the urban planning document for Borje 2 by the Municipality of Žabljak is currently in progress.
