Two Cottages Moticki Gaj 200m2

Two cottages are for sale in the ski centre of Montenegro, located in the Durmitor National Park, a UNESCO-listed site known for its small lakes, 140 km north of the capital city, Podgorica. Each cottage, with a total area of 200 m2, is built from high-quality materials with excellent thermal insulation. The external walls feature double-layer insulation, and each building has individual heating through pellet fireplaces with a built-in heat exchanger and backup heating (electric boiler). On the first floor, the entrance is glazed, leading to a hallway, a bathroom with a washing machine and dryer, a sitting room with a fireplace, a bedroom with two beds, a kitchen with furniture and built-in appliances, and a pantry. On the second floor, there are two large bedrooms, each with an en-suite bathroom and a "French" balcony. One bedroom has a glazed loggia with a coffee table and armchairs.
